Product Description

Brief Introduction:

Explosion-proof electric hoists are explosion-proof, lightweight lifting equipment primarily used in non-mining areas of coal mines (Class I) and in flammable gas environments of Class IIA, IIB, and IIC. The operating temperature range is -25ºC to 40ºC. Exposed parts are made of non-sparking materials, and mechanical parts are lubricated and bronze-plated to prevent frictional sparks. Core electrical components all employ independent explosion-proof structures and have passed the explosion-proof electrical product testing of the Ministry of Machinery Industry.

The modular design facilitates maintenance and is compatible with 16-63c I-beam rails. Standard configuration includes an explosion-proof lifting capacity limiter, high-strength wire rope, lifting capacity ranging from 1 to 32 tons, lifting speed of 3-8 meters per minute, and support for 380/220V and other customized voltage power supplies.

 

Application places:

The lifting device of the explosion-proof electric hoist uses high-quality steel wire rope and is driven by limit springs to activate the limit switches. The running mechanism uses an electric trolley, and the reducer gears are forged from high-quality steel and heat-treated, all using rolling bearings. The hook is made of high-quality carbon steel and is supported on the lifting beam by a single-row rolling thrust bearing, allowing it to rotate and swing freely. For 0.5-5t hoists, a single pulley hook device is used; for hoists over 10t, a double or multi-pulley hook device is used. The power supply uses a flexible cable current inductor; the use of finned, sliding, or pulley current inductors or current inductors that are exposed and prone to sparking is strictly prohibited. To prevent sparks and dangerous temperatures caused by mechanical friction or collision, the exposed parts of the explosion-proof hoist with relative frictional movement should be subject to speed limiting or other explosion-proof measures. For example, the running speed of the explosion-proof hoist trolley on the track should not exceed 25 m/min. The starting and braking of the explosion-proof hoist should be smooth and should avoid generating visible sparks. Wire ropes or chains should have reliable lubrication, and there should be no visibly exposed broken wires on the surface of the wire rope. Wire ropes with exposed wires that may generate dangerous sparks due to friction should be replaced promptly. When there are two or more explosion-proof hoists on the same track, anti-collision buffer devices should be installed between the explosion-proof hoists. The outer surface of the hook device should have a "No Collision" warning sign. When the explosion-proof level is IIC, the hook should have measures to prevent dangerous sparks from impact or friction.
 
High configuration:
 The hoisting mechanism uses a conical rotor motor, integrating power and braking. Under normal operation, the electromagnetic brake is connected in parallel with the hoisting motor circuit. When energized, it is released, and the load can be raised or lowered. When the power is off, braking is achieved by spring pressure to prevent the load from falling. In an emergency (such as brake failure), the guide rail is accelerated to rotate through the transmission of the wire rope and pawl. When the centrifugal force generated exceeds the spring tension, the pawl of the brake will engage with the ratchet, thereby stopping the drum and achieving the purpose of emergency braking. Emergency braking components (such as ratchet wheels and pawls) are made of a special spark-free material. The trolley is usually driven by a single motor and moves at a relatively slow speed; it generally does not have a dedicated braking mechanism.
