LDY metallurgical electric single-beam crane is a space transportation tool used in conjunction with an electric hoist. Lifting and transporting heavy objects is an important tool and equipment for improving labor productivity at metallurgical and casting sites of modern industrial enterprises. The structure of the crane mainly consists of three parts: bridge, metallurgical electric hoist and electrical system. The bridge is used to support and longitudinally move the load, and is composed of a metal structure and a running mechanism. The metal structure includes the main beam, the end beam and the connection between the main beam and the end beam. The traveling mechanism consists of four parts: a drive device, a transmission device, a brake device and a wheel set. The metallurgical electric hoist bears the lifting and lateral movement load. The electrical system consists of a main circuit and a control circuit.
