Maintenance method of stainless steel hand chain hoist

1. After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with antirust grease, stored in a dry place to prevent the hand gourd damp rust and corrosion.

2. Maintenance and repair should be carried out by those who are familiar with the machine. Kerosene should be used to clean the machine parts, and butter should be added to lubricate the gears and bearings.

3. After cleaning and maintenance of the gourd, should be carried out no-load test to confirm that the work is normal, reliable braking, to be delivered to use.

4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. Brake part should be checked regularly to prevent brake failure, the occurrence of the phenomenon of falling objects.

5. The Rollers of the left and right bearings of the lifting sprocket of the hand chain hoist can be adhered with butter to the bearing inner ring which has been pressed onto the bearing journal of the lifting sprocket, and then loaded into the bearing outer ring of the wall panel.

6. When installing the brake device of the hand chain hoist, pay attention to the good engagement between the ratchet tooth groove and the pawl part. The spring should be flexible and reliable to the control of the pawl. After installing the hand sprocket, turn the hand sprocket clockwise, on the ratchet, friction plate pressed in the brake seat, counter-clockwise rotation hand sprocket, Ratchet and friction plate should be left between the gap.

7. For easy maintenance and disassembly, one section of the bracelet is an open chain (no welding is allowed) .

8. In the process of fueling and using the hand hoist, the friction surface of the brake must be kept clean, and always check the braking, to prevent brake failure caused by heavy weight self-fall.
