Truss gantry cranes are rail-mounted lifting equipment designed for small and medium-sized lifting scenarios. The main beam adopts a triangular grid truss structure welded from angle steel or I-beams. Through mechanical optimization, its self-weight is reduced by over 30% compared with traditional box girders, while wind load resistance is significantly improved. The equipment is suitable for outdoor environments such as open-air warehouses, factory workshops and small ports/docks.
Some models are equipped with an extendable cantilever function, supporting single-side or double-side cantilever structures. The spreader can extend 3-5 meters beyond the outriggers without moving the entire machine, accurately covering traditional blind areas such as the tops of trucks and the edges of container stacks.
