The traditional winches on the market:

Due to the limitation of the technology 40 years ago, the traditional winches was designed with big size while low efficiency. E.g. the 500-1000kg electrical winch is normally 46kg of its self weight.  It takes more shipping cost and installation labor. The gears are made from common steel material, and the lathe machine accuracy is low. As a result, those winches are noisy and power consumption.  The motor temperature rise quickly and it is very easy burned under continuous work.

Our new designed electrical winches:

The hoist casing is made of aluminum alloy material, which has high strength, light weight and excellent heat dissipation. The 500-100kg type has a dead weight of only 32kg, which is 2/3 of the traditional product. The motor adopts the latest ye3 technology, which is energy-saving, strong and durable, and low temperature rise. High-precision two-piece design of the gearbox body and high-quality titanium alloy gears. Unique closed gear oil lubrication. The product has the characteristics of safety and efficiency, ultra-low noise and long life.

The single-phase model is equipped with a voltage display function, which can intuitively understand the real-time voltage status, minimizing the potential safety hazards caused by working when the voltage is too high or too low. It can work continuously for several hours under rated load.
