Double girder gantry cranes are a common heavy lifting equipment, mainly composed of a bridge, a trolley running mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment. The bridge adopts a box-type double-beam welded structure, connected by two main beams and end beams, and four legs are installed below, which can travel on the ground track. When working, the motor drives the reducer, and the gear transmission controls the drum group to drive the wire rope and pulley group to raise and lower the hook to achieve vertical transportation of goods. The trolley and the trolley are responsible for the lateral and longitudinal movement of the whole machine respectively.
