MG double girder gantry crane consists of bridge, trolley running mechanism, trolley and electrical equipment. The bridge adopts box-type double girder welded structure, the trolley running mechanism is driven separately, and all mechanisms are driven independently. It is operated in the cab.
It mainly consists of gantry, lifting trolley, big trolley running mechanism, driver's cab and electric control system. The gantry is divided into box structure and truss structure, the main beam adopts double girder off-rail form, and the outriggers are divided into A-shape and U-shape according to the user's requirements. The operation mode adopts closed driver's room with adjustable seats, insulated mats on the bottom board, tempered glass windows, and can be equipped with cold and warm air-conditioning, buzzer, intercom and other items according to the requirements of users. There are two types of power supply: cable reel and overhead slip line.
