Double Girder Overhead Crane

Double Girder Overhead crane with Hoist is a common type overhead crane. This type overhead crane is an ideal solution for ≤ 50ton capacity and indoor usage. NANTE can provide from M4 to M6 classification to meet customer's different duty group and budget. Nante's double girder overhead crane has the features of compact design, light self-weight, smooth running, easy for installation and maintenance, low energy consumption, etc.

1. Follows the international design code, like FEM,CMAA, EN ISO.
2. The girder is compact, low self-weight, deflection from 1/700 ~ 1/1000, and follows ISO 15614 or AWS D14.1 welding specification
3. The low headroom design leads to optimization of the work area to the users benefit.
4. The control panel is IP55 with socket for easy installation, follow IEC standard.
5. SA2.5 Surface pre-treated by blasting according to ISO8501-1; C3-C5 painting system according to ISO 12944-5.

This series hoist has the advantage of compact design, low noisy, low power consumption, easy installation, safety operation, and easy maintenance. NANTE can offer low headroom, fixed type, monorail type, double girder design for different application.

The girder is compact, low self-weight, and welded by S355 material, the welding specification follows ISO 15614, AWS D14.1, deflection can from 1/700 ~ 1/1000, MT or PT is requested for Fillet welding and UT is requested for joint welding.

NANTE can offer end carriage, wheel block, bogie of overhead crane and gantry crane design for different applications. In additions, NANTE offer the advanced safety functions for the HSE series end carriage, like anti-sway, cross limit switch, photo sensor, storm locker, sound and revolving light, rail deviation correction device etc.

Nante can offer C track festoon system, I beam festoon system, wire rope festoon system, angel bar festoon system, for selection. In additions, NANTE can provide customized curved track, stainless steel, stainless steel with plastic coating for heavy corrosive environment to meet customer's special request and different site condition.

1)The enclosure is IP55 and can upgrade to IP65 or IP66 with stainless enclosure.
2)Socket Plug-in design for easy connection in the site.
3)Top branding electric device which include contactor, MCB from SSchn/eider, relay from Weidmuller, terminal from Phoenix.
4)The Inverter brand has various selections, like SSchn/eider, Siemens, Delta and ABB.
5)The Main can power can be 220V-580V, 3P, 50/60hz, and the control voltage can be 24,36,48, 110,220V.

 NANTE can offer remote control with 2 to 12 double speed buttons, or the joystick remote control with step-less speed. Meanwhile, Nante can provide customized remote controls with dual transmitters, dual receivers, and signal synchronization remote control for two cranes.

A2: Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.

Q3: How do you ensure your product quality?
A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.

Q4: How can I make payment?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
