60 Ton Double Girder Gantry Crane for Aluminum Plant in Thailand

Double beam gantry crane with hook is composed of gantry, crane crab, trolley traveling mechanism, cab and electric control system.

The closed cab is employed for operation, where there are adjustable seat, insulating mat on the floor, toughened glass for the window, fire extinguisher, electric fan and auxiliary equipment such as air conditioner, acoustic alarm and interphone which can be furnished as required by users.

It is a kind of rail mounted crane used to offload, stack and load 20ft, 40ft, 45ft ISO standard containers,Large mechanical equipment hoisting, lifting and installation of water gate, bridge foundation construction and installation, engineering construction, etc. The heavy duty U type double girder hook gantry crane is powered by cable reel. The heavy duty U type double girder hook gantry crane contains three mechanisms: hoisting, trolley travelling and gantry travelling. The crane is able to make straight movement along rails.
