Key Components for Reliable Performance

Motor: The hoist motor features a taper-type rotor with integrated braking, offering high torque and enabling frequent operations without loss of performance.

Trolley: Assembled with top-class sealed ball bearings, the trolley's running wheels provide smooth horizontal travel and ensure durability even under heavy usage.

Gear Box: Specially treated gears in the hoist gear box offer superior wear resistance. Each geared shaft assembly is supported on ball or roller bearings to guarantee smooth, low-friction operation.

Wire Rope: The hoisting rope meets ISO export standards and is designed to prevent lateral slipping on the drum. With a safety factor of six on nominal breaking strength, it ensures reliable load handling.

Rope Drum: The grooved, seamless drum accommodates a single-layer winding of the rope and is mounted on ball bearings to minimize abrasion and ensure smooth operation.

Electric Control System: The system includes a contactor box, controlling switch, and cut-off limiter. Working voltages are available in 380V, 36V, or 24V for enhanced safety.

Rope Guide: The two-part rope guide fully encircles the drum, preventing the rope from uncoiling, even under no-load conditions.

Hook: The hook block is tested to 150% of full load before assembly, and the rope sheaves are protected with steel casting to enhance safety.

Testing and Quality Assurance
