MW84 Series Lifting Magnet for Steel Plates - Rectangular and Round Available

Product Description

Specially designed for lifting and transporting steel plate of medium-thickness. Considering possible bending and deforming may affect safe transportation when lifting long steel plate, please use the combination of several electromagnet. As to medium-thickness steel plate(6mm~32mm), the space length of electromagnets is 3~4m, the space length of extension parts of both ends is half of the space length.

Features:
According to lifting pieces, the series is divided into type 350 and type 400

** Type 350 is suitable for medium-thickness plate factory, ship building factory, and machinery manufacturing factory, it adopts magnet regulating control method, and can lift one piece or certain pieces of steel plate
** Type 400 is suitable for transporting as many as possible pieces at a time. According to customer's requirement, we also can design and manufacture high temperature type products which used for lifting and transporting steel plate below 700° C.

--For Overhead Crane:
1. Is the overhead crane single beam or double beam? What is the loading(lifting) capacity of the crane?
2. The distance between the crane to ground? 

--For Rectifier Control Panel(Cabinet):
1.Do you prefer normal control panel or control panel with battery backup function(this can avoid falling accident when a power fault appears)? 

2.If need battery back up function,please confirm whether your crane's brake is AC or DC power?
