1.  The QDY double beam bridge loading crane is one of the main equipment in steel manufacturing continuous casting technology. Mainly used for smelting metal transport, casting, and hot metal loading.

2.  The QDY double beam casting crane consists of a boxed bridge frame, a hook, a crane walking mechanism, and an electrical system. The main hook uses a load tool as the lifting device to lift the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete the pouring of molten steel and steel slag, as well as other auxiliary lifting.

• 1. Adopt Siemens PLC and Siemens frequency converter for control and drive. Meanwhile, Profinet is used for communication between PLC and frequency converter. It is equipped with communication detection function, which can detect the working status of each site in real time.

• The traveling mechanism and main electrical equipment of the QDY double beam bridge type ladle crane are installed in a box girder, which is insulated with rock wool and equipped with an air cooler inside. In order to reduce the thermal radiation of molten structural components, thermal baffles are installed along the span direction at the bottom of the beam.
