This system can not only automatically lock the air path, form a sealed environment, and continuously supply pressure, but also automatically detect whether the air pressure is sufficient; if insufficient air pressure occurs, the system will automatically operate to ensure sufficient vacuum for suction and lifting; compared to the market only The vacuum state is maintained by sealing the air path and the air pressure is manually adjusted. Automatic vacuum compensation greatly improves production safety and operational stability.

Safety Precautions

1, before the job must wear good labor insurance supplies, after training qualified before the job, the operator must go through special training before the operation.

 2. Before lifting, check whether all parts of the sucker crane are firm and reliable, meet the use standards, and confirm that they are in good condition before they can be used.

3. There must be 8 symmetric suction cups for adsorbing items when the suction cups are hanging. Heavy operation is strictly prohibited to prevent injury accidents caused by falling due to non-tight suction.

4. When lifting, it is determined that the required pressure can be slowly lifted, and personnel are strictly prohibited from passing under the equipment. Personnel should stand at both ends of the material, hold the hand on the upper end of the material and keep a distance of more than 1 meter from the lifting object to prevent crowding injuries.

5. After the vacuum hoist is used, it should be shut down or unplug the power cord in time and put in the designated position.

6, the plate lifting process should have the operation area leader or appointed special person at the scene command.

7. Before lifting, check whether the sucker bolt is loose, whether the weld seam is cracked, and whether the body of the sling, the vacuum system and the sucker parts are abnormal. Before operation, check that the vacuum pump, hand slide valve, pressure relay, vacuum gauge, and rubber suction cup are free of foreign bodies, and that the pipes and joints are in good condition and free from leakage. After adjusting the length and width of the sucker frame, the top wire should be restored to the top tight position. Make sure it is intact before using the sucker. Should be inspected once a week, if there is damage, should be recorded. It can only be used when it is repaired or updated.

8. Check the vacuum system at least once per shift to see whether the rubber sucker falls off, whether the vacuum pump operates normally, whether the vacuum pump operates normally, whether the pipeline leaks, whether it is damaged, and if it is damaged, it should be updated. 

9. Change the filter element every six months.
