Product Features:
1.The hardened tooth surface reducer has high space utilization, is reliable and durable, has strong overload resistance, and its maximum power can reach 132KW.
2.Low energy consumption, superior performance, reducer power up to more than 95%.
3.Less vibration, lower noise, and more energy-saving.
4.R series helical gear hardened surface reducer is made of high quality forged steel material, rigid cast iron housing, gear surface is subjected to high frequency heat treatment.
5.After precision machining, the shaft parallelism and positioning bearing requirements are ensured. The reducer that constitutes the helical gear transmission assembly is equipped with various types of motors, combined into mechatronics, which thoroughly guarantees the quality characteristics of the reducer motor products.
Product Performance:
1. Small bias output, compact structure, maximum use of cabinet space, secondary and tertiary in the same cabinet.
2. Adopting integral casting box, the box structure has good rigidity, which is easy to improve the strength of the shaft and the life of the bearing.
3. Installation method: foot installation, flange installation with large and small flanges for easy selection.
4. Solid shaft output, average power is 96% for the second level, 94% for the third level, and 85% for the R/R combination.
5. The RM series designed for mixing can bear large axial and radial forces.
