Introduction

Electromagnetic type double girder overhead (bridge) crane include the electromagnet, especially suitable to unload and load black metal products and material frequently indoor or outdoor, for example steel scrap, ingot, cast iron piece, long section steel, steel plate, steel bar etc, in metallurgy steel mill, steel warehouse etc.

• QC type electromagnetic overhead crane with round electromagnet, special for handling steel scrap.

• QCL type electromagnetic overhead crane with hanging beam (multiple magnets hung under hanging beam), special for handling long type steel.

• QL type Rotation electromagnetic overhead crane, to rotate and stack the long type steel.

Multiple Protection for Safety Operation

• Magnetism retention protection after power failure: After the power failure, the crane can retain the magnetism for 15 minutes through the back-up battery, and unload the steel material to floor, avoiding the unnecessary lost, injury or death.

• Overload limit switch:  90% of rated capacity, alarm; 105-110%, cut off power and stop.

• Lift height limit switch: when reach up to set height, hook stop.

• Long traveling limit switch:  reach to the end of rail, the crane will slowly stop, never rush out of rail.

• Emergency stop button at controller.
