360° Rotating Jib Crane with 5m Radius for Fixed Production Stations in Vietnam

Introduction

Floor mounted jib crane is a column type jib crane with fixed support. According to product structure:

1. Lower support fixed column type jib crane with rotating hinge shaft: rotating angle ≤270°, the jib of this type of crane rotates around the rotating hinge shaft fixed on the column, generally with small lifting weight and effective turning radius. The lifting weight is within 1 ton and the maximum effective turning radius is within 5 meters.

2. Lower support fixed column type jib crane with arm: rotation angle is no more than 360°. Due to the beam with the arm, the loading condition of corresponding main beam has been improved. The lifting weight is generally within 2 tons and the maximum effective radius is within 5 meters.

3.  Lower support fixed column type jib crane with slewing support: slewing angle ≤360°, because of the use of slewing support structure with large bearing torque, the lifting weight and effective jib greatly increased. Lifting weight up to 6 tons, the maximum effective radius of rotation up to 12 meters.
