Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor For Roll Table (YG)

YG series motor is the closed self-cooling three-phase asynchronous motor designed and produced by this works in accordance with the industrial standard JB/T8733-1998 Technical Condition of YG Series Three-phase Asynchronous Motor issued by Ministry of Mechanical Industry. The main performance indexes of YG series motor exceed JG2 series standard, reaching up to the advanced level among the same kind of product in China. YG series motor can be divided into two types according to use: YGa and YGb. YGa type has the characteristics of large locked-rotor torque, little locked-rotor current, long locked-rotor time, soft mechanical characteristics and so on, it can meet frequent starting, braking or reverse running, mainly for the rollers of working roll table separately for driving the metallurgical industry as well as other machines with the similar working conditions. YGb has the characteristics of large power, high efficiency, wide frequency (speed) control range and hard mechanical characteristics and so on, mainly for the rollers of working roll table separately for driving the metallurgical industry as well as other machines with the similar working conditions.
