A double girder overhead traveling crane consists of two bridges, two end trolleys, and a hoist with a trolley.
The hoist travels along a track mounted on top of the bridges. It is widely used in factories, power stations, storerooms, warehouses and other locations for material transfer, installation and maintenance of goods and equipment.

Main beam

1. The main girder adopts off-rail box structure with optimised design and light deadweight.
2. Steel material: Q235B / Q345B.
3. The cover plate and web plate should be surface descaling by roller conveyor type shot blasting machine before welding; this shot blasting machine can carry out the processes of sand cleaning, sand blasting and drying.  
4. Welding work of main girder shall be carried out on working platform (welding assembly unit). In order to avoid the deformation of the main girder, we adopt U-shape welding assembly unit to ensure that the vertical deviation between the top cover plate and the connecting edge of the main girder is not greater than H/200 and to effectively reduce the local wave of the web plate.

Our MOQ is just one set, and we accept T/T and L/C at sight, with other terms open for negotiation.

Before shipment, we will do a series of inspections and tests, and have a detailed tracking report, you can also through the domestic testing company agent testing, or you personally send a delegation to track the testing process, it is ok.

6. How can we install the crane?
