Building Electric Winches are the most commonly used winches powered by motor. The power is input into the third level enclosed gear reduction box by flexible coupling to lift weight or pull by electric winch rope (wire rope) and to drive the drum from low speed shaft end steel key. Building electric winches are mainly used in lifting, pulling, disassembling, moving and installing loads in construction sites, diggings, water conservancy, marine, shipyard, slipway, forestry, mining and quay places etc. There are two types in this series, large pull capacity and small pull capacity. The former is mostly used in port building, traction of shipyard, steel structure transport and machine pulling. The small pull capacity is suitable for construction, pulling, lifting, traction, assembly and disassembly in construction company, mine, factory and so on. Both JM series electronic control slow speed winch and JK electronic control high speed winch are available. These building electric winches can pull loads vertically, horizontally or in sloping position.


The building electric winches are powered by a human or mechanical reel, winding the rope to tow devices. They consist of base, motor, elastic coupling, brake, enclosed triple-reduction gear box, reel and brackets with electrical control cabinet. The brake system adopts electromagnetic braking or hydraulic braking, so it's fast, sensitive, safe and reliable.
