Equipment composition and main technical function

1.The equipment consists of RGV bodywork, walking drive system and rail track, battery and charging system, safety protection system, on-board control panel, communication and navigation system, vehicle body control system, etc

2. 
RGV bodywork

The body of the equipment is a welded structural part, and the important mounting surface (such as the wheels mounting surface) is finished to ensure the installation accuracy. The design of the RGV body is checked by finite element analysis software. The corresponding materials selected for the RGV body ensure that the deformation of the body does not exceed 5mm at 1.25 times the rated load.

3.Travel drive system and rail track

This equipment adopts motor drive mode, through the reducer and the wheels system connected to drive the wheel running. The equipment uses conical tread wheels. The selection of rail track ensures sufficient bearing performance and wear resistance. The wheel and rail track have corresponding guide measures, which can ensure the automatic alignment during the driving process and reduce the wear of the wheel and rail track. The brake device is stable, reliable and durable. In the assembly process, the low-voltage AC control driver with servo drive performance is selected to ensure the motion drive, and the RGV motion is controlled by the closed-loop mode of position, speed and current

4.Batteries and charging systems

This equipment uses maintenance-free battery to provide power for DC motor. A full battery can ensure the normal operation of the equipment for more than 8h. When the battery capacity of the vehicle is reduced to the set value (which can be set according to the requirements of the production task), the device will automatically go to the charging station for charging. In this case, the RGV is still in the task, so it will follow the principle of task priority and charge after completing the task.

5.Safety protection system

The equipment is equipped with a stable safety protection system, and a non-contact safety detection device is set in the direction of RGV moving. When there are obstacles in the safety range of RGV, protection operations such as equipment deceleration and parking can be automatically realized according to the distance between the obstacles and the equipment. The body shape is streamlined to minimize edges and corners. The contact safety detection device (soft and bendable belt) is installed in the front and rear directions of the RGV body. In case of obstruction compression, the RGV power will be automatically disconnected and the sound and light alarm will be given.

6.RGV control panel

The RGV body of the equipment is installed with an on-board operation panel, which displays the real-time status of the RGV in English (or other language), including but not limited to battery power, voltage, safe power, running direction, running speed, current task, alarm information and suggested solutions.

7.Communication and navigation system

The equipment has the function of automatically running to the designated station (point), the parking accuracy of each station should be less than 5mm. it can automatically realize the transfer of goods between stations and across the factory.

8.Body control system

The equipment has a complete control system, including but not limited to position control, speed control, direction control and other functions. RGV adopts Siemens PLC as the controller, which is responsible for motion planning, logic control, security protection, communication with the host computer and other commands.

9.The software system

Provide a detailed list of all software (such as basic software of the operating system, professional software, support packages or configuration software or databases supporting the running of professional software, and driver software supporting the hardware of the device), software versions and function descriptions.

 

Spare parts

Provide all spare parts (including quick wear and consumable parts) required for normal operation and maintenance of equipment during the quality assurance period; Provide all spare parts (including quick wear and consumable parts) required for the normal operation and maintenance of equipment after the warranty period of the equipment at a reasonable price.

 

The technical documentation

1. Provide the valid certificate of conformity of the whole equipment, main parts and auxiliary instruments upon delivery.

2. After the installation and commissioning of the equipment is completed, 3 sets of paper and 1 set of electronic technical documents regarding to the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the full set of equipment will be provided, including but not limited to the following technical documents:

1) Equipment operation and maintenance technical documents;

2) Technical documents of equipment fault diagnosis, maintenance and commissioning;

3) Drawings of mechanical parts of equipment, schematic drawings and technical documents of hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems;

4) Electrical schematic diagram and wiring diagram of the equipment (including specifications, models and parameters of the main components, etc.);

5) PLC input and output port description and source program, and provide ladder diagram with local language annotation;

6) Software operation instruction manual, software installation and configuration guide;

7) Configuration list of major equipment components (including component name, brand, model specifications, order number, quantity, etc.);

8) Software control system parameter configuration table and equipment accuracy test table after installation and commissioning.

Training

Responsible FOR THE TRAINING OF TECHNICIANS, OPERATORS AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL, MAKING DETAILED TRAINING PLANS, and preparing THE required electronic and paper training materials.

Training contents include: equipment structure and working principle description, equipment use (operation) method, mechanical and electrical maintenance technology, equipment safety precautions, etc., to ensure that personnel can independently operate and maintain equipment, maintenance personnel can deal with basic faults.

The trainees shall be no less than 4 persons and the training hours shall be no less than 8 hours.
