Three-Phase Induction Motor For Cranes and Metallurgical Applications (YZR)

YZR/YZ series motors are designed for driving various types of cranes and metallurgical machinery, featuring higher over-load capacity and mechanical strength. They are specially suitable for driving equipments with short-time duty or intermittent periodic duty, frequent starting, braking, occasionally overloading and serious vibration and shock.

The rated outputs and mounting dimensions of the motors are in accordance with IEC72 and meet in most the Japan standards JEM1202 and German standard DIN42681.

The insulations are class F for general environment where the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 Celsius degrees; And Class H for mettallurgical condition not exceed 60 Celsius degrees. They have the same electrical performance.

The motors are sealed well. Motor for use in general place has the protection degree IP44, and for metallurgical place, IP54.

YZR are slip ring motors, YZ are squirrel cage motors.
