Description

1. The motor adopts the duty type: S1. The rated voltage is three-phase 380V, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. Special rated voltages and frequencies are available if required;

2. The speed can be adjusted in a wide range. 5(3)-100Hz is stepless speed regulation, and 5(3)-50Hz is constant torque speed regulation, 50-100Hz is constant output speed regulation. In addition, the range can be expanded under the condition of vector control ;

3. The motor has fine overload performance. It can withstand the overload of 160% of rated torque for 1 minute;

4. The motor has the features of fine low-speed performance. The torque is smooth at low speed and no crawling circumstance exists;

5. The insulation of motors is of class F. The insulation structure has the adaptability to high carrier frequency voltage supplied by frequency converter;

6. Star-connection for motors up to 3kW,delta-connection for 4kW and upwards.

7. As for the structure, the installation dimensions of YVF series are the same as Y2 series to facilitate the engineering application. Special cooling construction with seperately ventilated axial blower is used to ensure the temperature rise not to exceed the specified value when motors are running with rated torque at low speed for a long time;

8. Poles of the motor is 4. Other poles are available if required.

The motor is widely applied in light industry, textile, chemical, metallurgy and machine tools where speed regulation transmission is needed. It is an ideal power regulation power source.
