Product Description

NEMA high-efficiency three-phase induction motors are totally-enclosed fan-cooled. Outputs, mounting dimensions, and electrical and mechanical performances of this series of motors are in accordance with NEMA standard and CSA C390-93 standard. The efficiency indexes meet the standards for high-efficiency energy-saving motors specified by American Energy Efficiency Act. The motors are of a novel style and of excellent workmanship, and are safe and reliable. They have advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, large allowance for temperature rise, low noise, and small vibration. And its flame-proof version conforms to the relevant regulations in GB3836, and GB3836. 1 is equivalent to technical contents in IEC60079-0. The motors can be made to the conditions of Ex d II BT1, Ex d II BT2, Ex d II BT3, Ex d II BT4, and other groups, and are suitable for the places where explosive gas atmosphere exist. The motors can be selected by customer according to his service ambient conditions.

Design B is used for this series of motors. Insulation system is class F. Service factor is 1.15. Rated voltage is 208V to 230V/460V, 575V. Rated frequency is 60Hz.

They are suitable for the places without any special requirements. The maximum ambient temperature is not more than 40 Celsius Degree, Altitude above sea level is no more than 1000m. They can be used to drive a variety of mechanical equipments.

This series of motors can be specially manufactured on customer's request. There are also design C and design D types, design C is for high torque, design D is for high slip.
